We had a great time visiting here. We are not local, but everyone was very kind and welcoming. We played pool with many local people all night. The atmosphere was great, and the bathroom was clean.

I worked here several years ago and happy to say the service is still fast (thank you Byrd), I was greeted by several friendly faces, and the bar back/security guy Nate made sure everyone was sober before driving. I actually went just to DD but it was nice to be checked on and made to feel like my safety mattered! Thank you for a good night

Best cold beer in town. Sunday Fundays rock through the summer. Everyone is friendly and out to have fun socializing and listening to live music. Wait staff is always friendly and on que.

I've recently started DJing karaoke here on Sunday nights (8:00p.m-12:00a.m) and I've gotta say I'm really digging this spot. The place isn't very big but more than makes up for it with the atmosphere and generosity of the staff and regulars. From the moment I walked in for the first time they treated me as a friend. If you're looking for a place to drink and a good time without any drama that you come across at some of the bigger bars, I definitely recommend Plan B.

2024 August Visited Smithfield, NC for the weekend and wanted to hear some music and have an adult beverage. We selected "Plan B" (I like the name) which is conveniently located not far from the hotel we stayed. But, they were not opened due to circumstances beyond thier control. Fortunately, there was a sign on the door that suggested another location. "Tap It" was an alternate local spot and it served the purpose well! I appreciate the update, wish all is safe and well and I look forward to patronizing Plan B when back in the Smithfield area.
